The mission of the Feedback Management Foundation is to support organizations to build their online presence, maximize the effect of social proof, and ensure user loyalty through improved experience and quality relations. Our focus is on the development of reputation management strategies to stimulate generating feedback from users that leads to the progress of nonprofits, social enterprises, and businesses which results in better quality for consumers and protection of their rights.
